    摘要: 本文主要是將96－98三個年度大學系所評之後設評鑑研究，問卷調查受評校院人員對系所評鑑實施的各面向的看法加以重新分析歸納與整理。本研究之受評校院人員是指受評校院校長、系所主管及教師。對受評校院校長及受評系所主管，本研究是進行全體調查，對受評系所教師則是由受評系所教師中抽選受評時在該系所任教之教師一人接受調查。本文分析之有效樣本數共2,010份，為使分析基準一致，在分析工作進行前，先行將有效回收樣本數，依各年度、各類別實際施測總數（即母體）分別進行加權，以使有效回收樣本能代表該年度各類別母體現況，再進行後續之分析工作。本研究之結果分析，係分從量化統計與質化意見回饋兩方面分別呈現。本研究調查發現，受評大學校院人員，對大學校院系所評鑑大多係持正面看法，予以肯定，惟對評鑑結果的運用，態度較傾向於保留。最後本研究並依據研究結果，嘗試提出可供未來評鑑時改進參考之建議。
    This paper is mainly a summarized and re-analyzed report of the studies of meta-evaluation of university program evaluation conducted in 3 years -- Between 2007 and 2009. This meta-evaluation study used self-designed questionnaires for the president, chair persons, and teachers in universities. All the presidents and chair-persons of the departments being evaluated in these three years were surveyed, and one teacher was selected as the sample from each department being evaluated. The number of total samples was 2,010. For the purpose of analysis, samples in different years were giving corresponding weights, and the findings were analyzed from the quantitative and qualitative aspects, respectively. It is found that university faculties held positive and supportive attitude toward the implementation of university program evaluation in general, but their attitudes towards the policies of the government while using the evaluation results to control the number of intakes of each university and to allocate grants to the universities were not so supportive. Based on the findings, suggestions related to the future improvement of university program evaluation were proposed in the final section.
