Abstract:	本研究透過文獻資料的探討，其目的在了解人體視野機能影響排球運動防守動作之情形，結果得知，一位優秀的防守選手，必須擁有寬廣且敏銳的視野機能，才能表現出優異的防守動作。因此，建議視覺機能不佳的選手，早日在眼科醫師的矯治下，擁有兩眼皆達到「1.5」的視力，是成為一位優秀選手的必然條件。
