Abstract:	心臟就像是人體的馬達，當心臟停止跳動，及代表生命的結束。而由心臟所引發的疾病有很多，如心律不整、心肌梗塞、心肌肥大…等。近年來，經濟的發達，加上飲食文化的改變，促使國人飲食習慣西化，攝取過多高熱量、高脂肪及高糖分的食物，加上缺乏充足的運動，使得我們心血管疾病之致病率及死亡率近年來高居十大死亡原因之前三名，而且罹病年齡有年輕化之趨向。檢查心臟，通常需要用醫院的心電圖檢查儀器來檢視心臟，醫生透過ECG信號之間微妙的差異來判斷病人是否罹患心臟病，但往往知道自己身體發出警訊時才到醫院做檢查，已經很嚴重了，因此如何隨時隨地掌握心臟的健康，這件事變的非常重要，所以我們設計出動態ECG電路並透過軟體偵測QRS特徵點，並將偵測出的訊息傳給醫生做分析，隨時掌握自己的健康。 The heart is as the motor of the human body and when it stops beating it represents the end of a life. They are many diseases caused by the heart such as arrhythmia, myocardial infarction and cardiac hypertrophy etc. In recent years due to the economic development and the change in diet culture make people’s diet westernized to excessive intake of high calorie, high fat and high sugar food; and furthermore due to the people’s lack of enough exercise it makes the morbidity and the mortality of the cardiovascular disease as the top three in the list of the ten causes of death in the statistics released in recent years and also the diseased ages tend to be younger. When it needs to take some measures to examine the heart condition it usually needs to use ECG equipment in the hospital to generate the ECG signal; the doctor then reviews the tiny different among ECG signals to determine the patient having any problem in his heart. It is usually already quite serious of the heart condition when the patient realized that he has some problem in his body and went to the hospital to take examinations. It consequently becomes quite important for us to know and realize our heart condition anytime and anywhere. In this paper we design a dynamic ECG circuit to detect and determine the QRS locations in the ECG signal through software and then convey the detected information to the doctor for his analysis and consultation for having us to maintain a healthy condition anytime.
