    Abstract: 此篇論文探討使用同步非反向升降壓電源轉換器運用於太陽能電源管系統的鋰電池充電模擬之穩定性分析。此系統可依照電壓源的不同,分為降壓、升壓或升降壓系統三種型式。電壓源的改變則是來自大氣條件的變化和飛機飛行時機翼所受光照的角度不同而有所不同。升降壓轉換器功能是用於太陽能電源管理系統用來處理經過最大功率追蹤後的電壓值。最後將電源轉換器連接鋰電池的電子電路模型,以鋰電池電路來當作此研究的負載,並使用建立於MATLAB環境下的PLECS這套電子電路模擬軟體來做鋰電池充電過程的分析與模擬。最後的目標是希望針對降壓、升壓和升降壓三種不同的電源轉換器型式去分別調整適合該型式下的控制器的參數,使其達到三個控制器去分別控制三個mode的目的,並將整個充電過程呈現出來。
    This thesis presents the analysis and simulation of Li-ion battery charging process with a non-inverting synchronous buck-boost DC/DC power converter. The system can operate in buck, buck-boost or boost mode according to the condition of the supply voltage. The variation of the supply voltage arises from the rapid changes of the atmospheric conditions or sunlight incident angle. An equivalent circuit model for the Li-ion battery is used to derive the dynamical model of Li-ion battery charging with the buck-boost power converter. Stability controllers are designed to provide adequate stability margin for each individual operation mode. Simulation of the Li-ion battery charging process is performed using the OLECS circuit simulator.
