    摘要: 淡江大學微機電研究群在拍翼式微飛行器之開發已逾8年,研製之20 cm翼展“金探子”系列,能連續滯空超過8分鐘。拍翼式微飛行器相關製造與減重技術一直以來都極受注目,為使本微飛行器之幾何特徵及飛行敏捷程度更能接近蜂鳥,朝著成功製作10 cm級拍翼式微飛行器之目標前進,本研究擬結合空氣動力、機構、與飛行穩定控制等領域之理論或經驗公式,以比較富有依據之方式對微飛行器尺寸進行設計,並孜孜計較各部分零組件之重量分配,最終整合出總機重4.28克重之原型機(微探子),初步自由試飛之滯空時間為9秒鐘。研究並分析風洞升推力之數據,與實際飛行姿態以及已發表之類似等級微飛行器進行比較,以驗證先前微飛行器設計之合理性。
    Tamkang University MEMS group has already developed flapping wing micro aerial vehicles (MAVs) for over 8 years. The development of the 20 cm-wingspan "Golden Snitch" series has a flight endurance of more than 8 minutes. The manufacturing of the flapping wing MAV and the technology of weight reduction are very important. In order to enable the geometry and flight agility of the MAV closer to hummingbirds and to move toward the goal of manufacturing the 10 cm-span flapping MAVs successfully, this study combined the aerodynamic, mechanical, flight stability control and other theoretical or empirical formula. And the author systematically designed the MAV with diligently caring about the weight distribution of all components. Finally, the prototype (Micro Snitch) is completed with a total mass of 4.28 gram. The flight endurance of test of the Micro Snitch is 9 seconds. Researching and analyzing the lift and the thrust force of the wind tunnel data, the actual flight data herein is compared to the previous MAVs and shows this MAV design reasonable.
