摘要:	青光眼，是僅次於白內障的致盲性眼疾。某些因素造成房水排出受阻時，房水即迫使眼壓升高，進而傷害視神經，導致視力完全喪失。隅角開放型青光眼，是由於小樑網組織出了問題，導致房水流不出去造成眼壓升高的一種青光眼。本研究主要在探討隅角開放型青光眼，從房水生成、受阻、對於玻璃體的擠壓，乃至於造成玻璃體外部的壓力分佈狀況，並對於視神經周圍細胞的影響進行探討。 Glaucoma is the second blindness diseases other than cataracts. If the pathway of aqueous humor somehow is forced and blocked up, the intraocular pressure will rise over the bearable limits of optical inner structures that leads to the damage of optic nerve, visual field loss, and ultimately sight loss. The open angle glaucoma is indicated by defect of trabecular meshwork tissue which leads to intraocular pressure hypertension via aqueous obstruction. In this thesis, a simulation mechanism of angle-closured glaucoma is proposed. The process is associated with increased intraocular pressure resulting from malfunction of aqueous drainage structures and malformation of vitreous body. Hence it damages the surrounding structures including optic nerves.
