    Abstract: 隨著全球溫暖化造成地球自然環境異變,劇烈氣候的產生乾旱、洪水、颱風等,均威脅著人類的生存環境,建築行為經研究證實對地球自然環境的確會造成一定程度的衝擊,因而我們在建築行為上必須更加嚴謹,避免建築行為對地球自然環境造成不必要的傷害,進而影響到人類的生存環境,本研究針對都市更新下綠建築容積獎勵的適用性為主要研究,主要目的是在探討如何減少不必要的容積獎勵進而減少建築物的能耗,藉此行為降低建築物對自然環境的影響。
    章節內容概述如下:
    第一章說明研究動機、研究目的、研究範圍及內容、研究方法及流程。
    第二章本章文獻整理主要探討都市更新意義與目的、容積獎勵制度與理論、綠建築分級方式,藉此了解綠建築容積獎勵之規則,建立相關理論基礎。
    第三章主要說明建築容積的增加對自然環境之影響,探討容積獎勵與綠建築指標之關聯性,以及綠建築若要得到容積獎勵需要使用多少
    綠建築設計手法在建築上才可達到綠建築銀級之標準。
    第四章介紹Ecotect模擬軟體,以及建模注意事項與如何操作模擬軟體步驟方法。
    第五章綠建築容積獎勵個案之環境負荷量的計算方式的建立,以及操作電腦模擬數據,進行模擬數據比較分析評估。
    第六章對於如何同時能夠都市更新的目的提升居住環境品質又能有效限制容積獎勵對自然環境造成的傷害,提出評估方法與建議。
    Global warming has changed the climate dramatically, resulting in droughts, floods, and typhoons which endanger mankind’s living environment. Through the many research findings have proven that architectural behaviors have a certain impact towards our environment. Therefore, we have to be more careful regarding architectural behaviors to avoid unnecessary damage to the Earth or mankind’s living environment. This paper focuses on the applicability of green building floor area incentive for urban renewal. It aims at exploring how to cut down unnecessary floor area incentive and energy consumption to lower buildings’ influence on natural environment.
    Outline of each chapter:
    Chapter 1 Describe research motive, research objective, scope and content of research, research methods, and procedures.
    Chapter 2 In the literature review, it focuses on exploring the meaning and purpose of urban renewal, floor area incentive mechanism and theories, and green building’s leveling methods to fully understand the rules of green building floor area incentive and related theories.
    Chapter 3 It mainly describes the effect on natural environment by growing buildings to explore the connection between the floor area incentive and green buildings. Moreover, it also investigates on how to achieve silver ranking for green buildings in order to get floor area incentive.
    Chapter 4 Introduce simulated software, Ecotect, suggestions, and procedures about how to conduct this software.
    Chapter 5 Establish the calculation of environmental load for green building’s floor area incentive and implement computer simulated data for further evaluation.
    Chapter 6 Provide evaluations and suggestions regarding how to lower the damage to the environment through limiting floor area incentive while achieving the purpose of urban renewal with better living quality.
