    摘要: 賈誼企圖透過「禮」的重建過程,改善國家整體的結構,化解內外關係的緊張,提升文化的素質,達到「固國家、定社稷」的目的,開創政通人和的太平盛世。為了要「以別貴賤、明尊卑」使上下不爭,和諧安定則必須透過一套符合「禮」的典章制度,因此對於等級、權力、衣服號令等人事的安排,必須有所區別,如孔子所謂的「必也正名乎」,假使名實之間相違背,則造成天下大亂,因此賈誼以「禮」來安排人事,使天子至百姓人人能夠名符其實,守禮而不亂。
    第一章為緒論,在第一節表明研究動機,陳述研究的理由、解釋禮於賈誼思想中的意義,以及對典章制度確立的影響。其次研究目的,即本文欲探討「禮」在不同層面所發揮的功用。接著說明研究時所使用的方法和研究概況的整理。
    第二章首先以賈誼的哲學思想作為其治世思想的基礎,由形上的哲學概念推衍至形下的治術以及論及與其「禮」思想的聯結。其次為賈誼思想中的「禮」與先秦「禮」思想發展的關係,並了解其以「禮」治世之理想。
    第三章是談及「禮」的教化功能,討論賈誼「禮」治思想中對教育的重視,主要分別為「禮」在帝王教育以及社會兩部分,所發揮的教化功能。
    第四章對「禮」在政治制度面的主張進行討論,首先是對政治面的反省,分內憂、外患兩部分,舉出賈誼改革的方法。
    第五章為經濟面的反省。包括私鑄錢弊、重農、節用、積蓄的討論。
    第六章為結論。總結前面幾章的討論結果,檢討賈誼「禮」思想的實踐在制度面的成果以及分析困境的原因,最後闡述其理論價值。
    In executing the practice of “Li”, Jia Yi attempts to create a unified, stable and harmonious society through rebuilding its overall structure, eliminating internal and international tension, and promoting culture development. In order to establish such harmonious society, the system of “Li” must be applied where social class, power, apparel and etc. are intentionally differentiated in respect to status. Adhering to Confucian saying, “One’s action must conform with his/her status, or else disorder forms”, Jia Yi carries out the practice of “Li”, allowing one’s trueness to equal its name, stability then is established.

    Chapter 1
    This chapter serves as an introduction, stating the motive of this research, also defining “Li” according to Jia Yi’s philosophy and its influence on the governing system. Secondly, this chapter explores the influence of “Li” on various subjects, followed with an illustration of the methods and surveys used for this research.

    Chapter 2
    First of all, this chapter forms a set of political and governing theories based on Jai Yi’s philosophy of “Li”. Secondly, it presents the “Li” philosophy in relation to the development of the philosophy up to Qin dynasty and to understand the ideology behind it.

    Chapter 3
    This chapter explores the importance of education in the practice of “Li”, and examines the influence it has upon monarchy and society respectively.

    Chapter 4
    With this chapter follows a discussion on the practice of “Li” with regards to the governing systems; in particular to Jai Yi’s reform on internal and international issues.

    Chapter 5
    An examination on economical aspects of society; including fraud, agriculture, regulations and savings.

    Chapter 6
    This chapter serves as a conclusion of the above discussions. It examines the influence of the “Li” practice on governing systems and analyse the reasons of dilemmas. Lastly, it presents the value of the “Li” practice.
