隨著金融控股公司成立,我國金融業由專業經營時代進入多樣化經營,證券營業人員也需要從事保單銷售、信用卡推銷、基金販售等業務,以做到櫃檯外勤化、外勤櫃檯化,由專業人才轉為通識人才。面對此高度變化的證券工作環境,引發本研究探討證券營業人員人格特質、工作投入、工作壓力及工作績效之關聯性。研究結果發現證券營業人員之人格特質影響其工作壓力;越傾向親和性人格特質者,知覺工作壓力越大;越傾向情緒穩定性人格特質者,知覺工作壓力越小。其次,證券營業人員之人格特質亦影響其工作績效;越傾向勤勉正直性及外向性人格特質者,工作績效越佳;越傾向情緒穩定性人格特質,工作績效之自我效能越佳。此外,證券營業人員知覺工作壓力越高,其工作績效越差。證券營業人員之工作投入越多,則其工作績效越佳。 With the establishment of financial holding companies, the business of securities company has increasingly diversified. The functions of security broker become varied, including credit cards and funds selling, etc. Therefore, the study is to investigate the relationship among personality traits, job involvement, job stress and job performance of the securities brokers in such a challenging environment. It applies questionnair survey and the brokers of Yuanta Securities Company as the sample to collect research data. The findings suggest that the brokers’ personality traits have impact on their perception of work pressure. The broker who is more agreeable perceives higher work pressure; the broker whose emotion is more stable perceives less work pressure. In addition, the brokers’ personality traits have impacts on job performance. The brokers who are more conscientious have better performance. The brokers who are more agreeable have worse job performance. Finally, The brokers’ perceiption of work pressure have negative impact on their job performance. The brokers’ job involvement has positive impact on their job performance.
