    Abstract: 企業文化影響企業的運作可說是至深且鉅,除了規範內部人員的行事準則,更會主導對外往來客戶或廠商的互動機制。本研究從企業文化作為發端,以五年以上之中小企業為研究對象,針對其主要客戶進行關係探討,瞭解中小企業是否在不同的企業文化在對主要客戶鑲嵌程度的影響上有顯著之差異;而在鑲嵌下的關係連結與結構連結上,在對主要客戶的信任關係之影響上是否有所不同。
    本研究以台灣中小企業為研究對象,採用便利抽樣的方式,以實體問卷及網路問卷兩種方式進行資料蒐集,使用統計軟體SPSS 12.0與AMOS 18.0進行資料分析,所採取的分析方法包括敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析與路徑分析來檢定假設。經實證後有下列重要發現:
    1. 中小企業的鑲嵌會因企業文化類型為創新型與支持型時,偏向於關係連結;企業文化類型為效率型與官僚型時,偏向於結構連結。
    2. 中小企業在主要客戶的信任程度上不會因鑲嵌的不同而有顯著差異。
    The corporate culture-which guides not only the internal employees’ behavior but the external interactive-mechanism with customer’s-always influence the corporate operations deeply and hugely. This research takes the small and medium-sized corporates which have been established over five years as the object of this study, to explore the relationships with their main customers’ and to understand whether different types of corporate culture influence significantly the relational embeddedness and to explore whether both relational embeddedness and structure embeddedness influence the trust relationship differently.

    The research takes Taiwan’s small and medium-sized corporate as the object, adopts both physical and online questionnaire to collect data through convenience sampling, and uses statistical software SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 18.0 to analyze the data. The analysis methods in this study to test the hypotheses include descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and path analysis. After the statistic testing, some important findings as followings:

    1. The small and medium-sized corporate tends to the relational embeddedness when the corporate culture type turns to the innovation and the support; it tends to the structural embeddedness when it turns to the type of efficiency and bureaucracy.
    2. SMEs in main customer trust will not be showing the significant differences based on different embeddedness.
