    Abstract: 台灣二手電腦市場的訂價紊亂,多由賣方主觀價值決定,沒有可靠的評估模型作為廠商制訂價格之依據。因此本研究利用產品特性建立品質機能展開(QFD)並搭配六台二手電腦所計算出的Entropy權重等,分別帶入TOPSIS計算相對議價力,再帶入修正的議價力指標模型。本研究完成一套整體的價格評估模型,能夠找出再生商品在市場上的合理價值,提供價值修正表作為廠商參考的依據。而根據無母數Kruskal-Wallis檢定結果發現使用不同權重所計算出來的結果具有一致性。
    As a result of the Taiwan second computer market pricing disorder,always decide by seller’s subjective value.There is no reliable assessment model as a basic for comapanys to set prices.The study use product features to establish quality function deployment (QFD),and with the Entropy weight calculate by six second computers,brought into the TOPSIS to calculate the relative bargaining capability,then into relative pricing model.The study make complete assessment of model to pricing,which can found the fair value of reused product on the market,and provide value correction table to company to be a basis for reference.According to Nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test result,and found that using different weights of the calculated results are consistent.
