本研究以波特的競爭策略概念為核心,將其運用於台灣資訊廠商(Taiwan Information Technology Industry)的實證研究之中。 在研究架構上,本研究共分為五章。在第一章中,緒論介紹了本研究的研究動機,所採用的研究方法和研究架構。第二章文獻探討以策略理論綜述和經濟學對競爭行為的一般分析,對已有的相關研究成果作了綜合性的描述,並以此作為推導新分析架構的基礎。 第三章為研究方法,運用個案研究法及深度訪談法進行研究。首先在資料蒐集階段,針對台灣資訊產業、個案公司與其內外部環境分析等相關初級和次級資料歸納;其次透過資訊業界管理階層與公司內部相關人員進行深度訪談。 在第四章個案研究與分析,將前面所給出的分析架構較為完整地運用於台灣資訊廠商營運的市場特色與產業競爭策略分析之中,其目的旨在對該分析架構的普遍適用性做實證性的檢定。而在第五章中,本研究將做出結論與建議。 The research is based on the competitive strategy as the core concept, and using in the empirical research of Taiwan Information Technology Industry. The thesis framework of the research is divided into five chapters. in the chapter one, introduce the research motivation, the research method and the research framework. In the chapter two entitled document study, is based on the general analysis of the strategy theory overview and the economy versus competitive behavior, focused on the synthetic description of the existing related research achievement, and based on this as the foundations to derive the new analysis framework. Chapter three is entitled research method, using the case study method and deep interview method to forward on the research. First, in the data collection stage, focused on Taiwan Information Technology Industry, case study company and its inner and outer environment analysis as the related first and secondary data induction. Second, using the deep interview with the management executive and the inner circle staff. Chapter four is entitled the case study and analysis, using the previous given analysis framework, completely using the market characteristics and the competitive strategy analysis of Taiwan Information Technology Industry. The research objective is focused on the empirical hypothesis of the general well adoption in the analysis framework. In the Chapter five, the research will make the conclusion and the suggestion.
