    Abstract: 綠色革命帶動全球發光二極體產業的發展,加上發光二極體本身的多重優點與廣泛應用也順勢帶動產業發展,促使全球發光二極體產業有驚人的產值潛力;而台灣發光二極體產業在政府鼓勵下積極發展以及產業所具有的完備供應結構,更使得台灣發光二極體產業位居全球領導地位,產值市占率次於日本,居全球第二位,而產量部份則排名第一。
    本研究針對台灣發光二極體的產業現況先行瞭解,並運用 SWOT 進行台灣發光二極體的產業分析,再結合專家訪談內容,發展出台灣發光二極體的產業發展策略;然後,依此為基礎提出具體建議,提供台灣發光二極體產業的相關業者在進行擬定經營策略時的參考依據。
    本研究針對政府與台灣廠商提出具體建議,以利台灣發光二極體產業的相關業者在進行擬定經營策略時的參考依據結論。
    1.對政府的建議:(1) 政府應該將「發光二極體產業」列為國家重點發展產業;(2) 政府應該針對「發光二極體產業」擬定適切的輔導發展政策。
    2.對台灣廠商的建議:(1) 增加研發投資與持續培養專業人才,積極累積研發能量;(2) 引進自動化生產設備,增加生產線彈性與廣度,適切控制產能;(3) 敏銳洞悉產業前景與隨時掌握市場動態,即時回應顧客需求;(4) 透過專業分工與 e 化流程管理機制,強化產業價值鏈;(5) 推行全面品質管理,降低成本與鞏固忠誠顧客;(6) 結合自行培育與產官學合作模式,培養專業人才。
    Green Revolution has driven the global LED industry and, coupled with the many advantages and wide application of LED, promoted the amazing potential output value of the global LED industry. Under the actively encourage of the government, Taiwan LED industry has developed a complete industrial supply structure, making the Taiwan LED industry leadership position among the world, including the second, behind Japan, occupancy rate and the first output value of productions in the world.
    In this study, we investigate the status of the Taiwan LED industry, use SWOT to analyze the Taiwan LED industry, and interview with experts to develop Taiwan''s LED industry development strategy. Based on the above process, we provide specific recommendations for Taiwan LED industry during the development of related businesses operating strategy. The three purposes of this study include (1) to understand the status of the Taiwan LED industry; (2) to analyze the competitive environment in Taiwan LED; (3) to explore the Taiwan LED industry development strategy.
    In this study, we provide specific recommendations for the government and the Taiwanese manufacturers to facilitate Taiwan''s LED industry-related businesses operating strategy during the development of reference conclusions.
    1. For the Government''s proposals: (1) The Government should regard LED industry as a key development industry. (2) The Government should focus on the LED industry to develop appropriate counseling development policies.
    2. For Taiwan manufacturers’ recommendations: (1) To increase R&D investment, to continue training of professionals, and to actively accumulate R & D capabilities. (2) To introduce automated production equipment, to increase flexibility and breadth of product lines, and to control product capacity. (3) To take a keen insight into the industry prospects and keep abreast of market dynamics so to real-time response to customer demand. (4) To strengthen, through the professional division of labor and the e-process management system, the industry value chain. (5) To implement the total quality management, to reduce costs, and to strengthen customer loyalty. (6) To combine self-cultivation with industry, government, and academia cooperation model and to train professionals.
