| 摘要: | 家庭自動化 (HA) 整合家庭科技化、數位化、網路化、通訊化的應用，提供減輕人們家務工作量的使用方式，滿足生活的便利性與舒適性需求，提供人們防災防盜、緊急求助等生活安全的保障，並且透過遠距醫療照顧管理成為人們生活健康的依靠，進而帶動相關產業的發展，開拓新市場。
本研究運用「次級資料蒐集法」與「專家訪談法」取得本研究「個案研究法」所需資料。本研究目的有四，包括 (1) 界定「家庭自動化」的概念；(2) 分析「家庭自動化產業」的發展概況；(3) 以「KNX 家庭自動化系統」為基礎運用「STP」的理論架構，探討「家庭自動化產業」的區隔市場類型；(4) 運用專家訪談，探討「家庭自動化產業技術應用」的發展途徑。
本研究探討結論，認為透過資訊、網路通訊及自動控制等技術領域的整合性管理概念，達成人們生活上的八大需求，包括： (1) 便利需求；(2) 舒適需求；(3) 安全需求；(4) 健康需求；(5) 娛樂需求；(6) 學習需求；(7) 通訊需求；(8) 環保需求。此外，家庭自動化產業「技術應用發展途徑」有六個方向，包括：(1) 「網路」技術應用是家庭自動化的基礎建設、(2) 「照明」技術應用是家庭自動化的基本配備、(3) 「節能」技術應用隨全球環保意識提升而提高需求、(4) 「健康照護」技術應用隨高齡族群增加更受重視、(5) 「智慧生活服務」技術應用隨人類重視生活品質而提高需求、(6) 「SOHO 族」工作模式隨家庭自動化的成熟而興盛。
Home Automation (HA) Integrates the applications of science and technology, digit, network, and communications of familys, provides domestic use to reduces the workload of the people, meets the life needs of convenience and comfort, provides people with disaster prevention, security and emergency, and other life safety protection, gives people health lives by through distance health care management, and, furthermore, develop related industries and ppen up new markets.
In this study, we use “secondary data collection method” and “expert interview” to get required information of “case study”. There are four purposes of this study, including (1) define the concept of “home automation;” (2) analyze the overview development of “home automation industry;” (3) based on “KNX home automation system”, use the theoretical framework of “STP” to explore the types of market segmentation of “home automation industry;” (4) use expert interviews to explore the developing approach of “home automation industry technology.”
This study concludes that, through the concept of integrated management, such as information, networking and automatic control technology, we can achieve the eight living needs of people, including: (1) facilitate needs; (2) comfort needs; (3) security needs; (4) health needs; (5) entertainment needs; (6) learning needs; (7) communication needs; (8) environmental protection needs. In addition, there are six direction in “technology development approach” of home automation industry, including: (1) “Network” technology is infrastructure of home automation, (2) “light” technology is a basic equipment of home automation, (3) “energy saving” technology has increasely demanded when the environmental awareness is enhanced in the global, (4) “Health care” technology has get more attention with the elderly population increased, (5) “smart living services” technology has increasely demanded while quality of life is emphasised, (6) “SOHO family” mode becomes more prosperous when home automation become mature. |
