    摘要: 我們成功合成出一系列以噻吩及苯環為主體架構之有機分子,並藉由硫醇在金屬金片上自發性形成整齊排列的自我組裝單層膜(Self-Assembled Monolayers,SAMs),並利用導電式原子力顯微術量測這些有機分子形成SAM後的導電能力。結果發現亞甲基碳鍊數會高度影響這類型有機分子形成SAM後的導電性,隨著亞甲基碳鍊數的增加導電性明顯降低很多,甚至喪失導電性。
    Some organic molecules were designed and based on the combination of thiophenyl and phenyl structural moiety. These thiol compounds form the Self-Assembled Monolayer(SAMs) by a spontaneously chemical reaction on the surface of gold. The conductance of these SAMs were measured by conductive Atomic Force Microscopy(c-AFM)technology. The experimental results showed that the conductivity were determined by the length of methylene group of the anchoring site.
