本論文主要是測量太陽能電池的有機染料三苯胺含噻吩衍生物樣品,在不同溫度下粉末態和薄膜態的吸收光譜和光致發光光譜,以探討樣品在溫度變化下的光電轉換效率。我們發現薄膜態樣品的轉換效率在高溫的情況下比低溫好,而粉末態樣品則沒有明顯的趨勢。 We measured the absorption and photoluminescence spectra of organic dye triphenylamine with thiophene derivative of thin film and powder under various temperatures to discuss the incident photon conversion efficiency under the various temperatures. We find that the conversion efficiency of the film is better at higher temperature, but that of the powder is no significant trend.
