    Abstract: 近年來,台灣在人口老化的影響之下,逐漸面臨到長壽風險、少子化、醫療費用不斷提升等風險,美國在20年前開始進行退休信心之調查,過去之研究結果顯示出,個人因素像是年齡、性別等,健康因素、財務因素皆會影響民眾之退休信心。本研究最主要是利用問卷調查的方式,探討台灣地區民眾之退休信心為何,以及什麼因素將會影響退休因素之高低。
    本研究結果顯示:
    一、 台灣地區民眾退休信心普遍不高。
    二、 退休後之主要前三項收入為個人投資儲蓄、職業退休金和公共年金,此發現也與世界銀行所提出之三層式退休金結構相符。
    三、 研究發現民眾最想退休的年齡為56~60歲和61~65歲,但國人目前沒有設定退休年齡的比例也偏高。
    四、 總體經濟衰退、勞動條件變壞和預期退休花費增加等,均可能造成民眾退休後繼續從事薪酬工作。
    In recent years, Taiwan under the influence of an aging population, increasingly face the risk of longevity, declining birth rates, rising health care costs and other risks, the United States 20 years ago to retire in the confidence of the survey, the results show the past, personal factors such as the age, gender, etc., health factors, financial factors will affect all the people of retirement confidence. In this study, the most important way is to use the survey to explore the Taiwan people''s retirement confidence why, and what factors will affect the level of retirement factors.

    The conclusion of this study found that:

    (1)People in Taiwan retirement confidence is generally not high.

    (2) The first three principal retirement income savings for individual investments, occupational pensions and public pensions, this discovery also raised with the World Bank''s three-tier pension structure in line.

    (3) The study found that most people would like to retire at the age of 56 to 60 years old and 61 to 65 years old, but the people there is no set retirement age, the proportion of high

    (4) The overall economic recession, deterioration of working conditions and the expected increase in retirement costs, etc., may cause people to engage in paid work after retirement.
