汽車竊盜險的發生，是否有熱時與熱點的存在呢?以颱風的侵襲配合保險公司失竊資料來分析是否其造成了熱時，本研究利用Logisitc迴歸分析，證實了颱風對汽車竊盜是有顯著的影響，使颱風造成汽車竊盜有熱時的效應。另本研究利用google 地圖繪製了台南市竊盜發生地點圖，利用七年的資料交叉圈選出東區與安平區為台南市的汽車竊盜熱區，證實竊盜熱區的存在。 Automobile theft danger occurrence, whether has hot time and hot point existence?
