關鍵詞:國中攜手計畫、教學態度、教學困擾、台北市、新北市 The study aims to investigate teacher’s teaching attitude and problems for after school program in junior high school in New Taipei city and Taipei city. The approaches in this research adopted questionnaire and interviews. The 483 teachers of junior high school for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city as research, according to result of analysis; valid samples add up to 343 teachers of junior high school for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city. By Item analysis, Reliability analysis, T-test, one-way Analysis of Variance and Pearson product-moment correlation for the questionnaire result analysis. According to the questionnaire result to choose 7 teachers of junior high school teachers for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city for the semi-structured interviewing by the random way. By the quantitative analysis result, Qualitative interviewing data analysis and literature to write the research result.
The finding of this study were as following: 1.The junior high school Teacher’s teaching attitude for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city is better now, and then their teaching programs are not more.
2. In the years of teaching, the 16 years of the junior high school Teacher’s teaching attitude for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city is better than the 5 years. 3. In the background of education, the degree of Master’s junior high school Teacher’s teaching attitude for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city is better than the degree of Bachelor. 4. In the years of teaching, the 5 years of the junior high school Teacher’s teaching problems for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city is more than the 16 years and 6 to 10 years. 5. In the background of education , the degree of bachelor’s junior high school Teacher’s teaching programs for after school problems in New Taipei city and Taipei city is more than the degree of master. 6. The junior high school Teacher’s teaching attitude and problems for after school program in New Taipei city and Taipei city is negative correlation.
