    Abstract: 隨著網際網路的普及資訊數位化的時代,人們可以迅速得知想得到的知識及訊息,企業機構及學術機構更廣為使用網站的建置來傳達企業招募人員或學校招生訊息,來發揮其極大的行銷宣傳之效能,本研究以大專院校學系網站談起,研究旨在探討學系網站使用效能與大學生在網站滿意度及網站吸引力之相關研究。主要分析及整理學系網站之14個使用效能構面,以學系網站之網站使用效能進而了解與網站滿意度及網站吸引力之間之相關程度。
    本研究採以問卷調查法,收集全國大專院校英(語)文學系網站全部共114所學系網站,以隨機方式選定其中一個英(語)文學系網站,讓學生先進行瀏覽網站使用經驗後再填寫本研究設計之網站使用效能、網站滿意度與網站吸引力之問卷。研究對象為北部某私立大學大學生,共140人,相關資料予以迴歸統計並進行分析討論。
    研究結果顯示,本文所探討的14個網站使用效能構面皆與網站滿意度及網站吸引力有顯著影響,14個網站使用效能構面包含「防範錯誤」、「可見性」、「靈活性」、「互動性」、「回饋機制」、「輔助」、「網站可及性/無障礙網路」、「易記性」、「完整性」、「美觀」、「減少繁複度」、「娛樂性」、「內容」及「回應時間」。而迴歸分析中結果也發現「娛樂性」、「美觀」、「內容」與「靈活性」與網站滿意度有顯著相關;「娛樂性」則與網站吸引力有顯著相關。
    With the popularity of the internet and digital era, people can quickly and easily search information through internet. Business organizations and academic institutions conduct website for company recruit staff or school enrollment which is a great marketing promotion. This study is based on analysis of literature review then organizes 14 dimensions of academic department website usability. The purposes of the study were to examine the effects of usability of academic department website on college students’ website satisfaction and website attractiveness.
    This study was to collect 114 English or (English related) department websites in Taiwan by using the questionnaire survey. Randomly selected one of the English (or English related) department website and ask students to surfing the website first and then fill out the questionnaire, which were designed by this study, consisted by website usability, website satisfaction and website attractiveness.
    Survey results from 140 college students of a private university in northern of Taiwan. The data is analyzed and discussed by regression statistics.
    The results indicated that the 14 dimensions of website usability are significant predictors of website satisfaction and website attractiveness. These 14 dimensions of website usability are ”error prevention”, “visibility”, “flexibility”, “interactivity”, “feedback”, “help”, “accessibility”, “memorability”, “completeness”, “aesthetics”, “reducing redundancy”, “entertainment”, “content” and “response time”. Regression analysis found that “entertainment”, “aesthetics”, “content” and “flexibility” have significant impact on website satisfaction. Also, “entertainment” has significant impact on website attractiveness.
