    Abstract: 本研究採質性研究中的個案研究,透過深度訪談與文件分析進行資料蒐集,以臺北市優質學校三位現任獲獎國中校長作為研究對象,深入探究優質國中校長學校經營管理的理念、策略之運用,以及經營管理學校所遭遇的困境與因應策略。

    依據研究結果,本研究歸納結論如下:
    一、優質國中校長重視教育本質,以協力經營管理理念促進學校發展。
    二、優質國中校長能活用學校經營管理策略,全面提升辦學績效。
    三、優質國中校長能善用溝通協調技巧,面對挑戰能勇於任事。

    依照上述研究結論,提出若干具體建議,以供教育行政機關、國中校長及後續相關研究參考。
    In this case study, the researcher adopted the qualitative research method for data collection, including in-depth interviews and document analysis. Three award-winning principals of the Quality Junior High Schools in Taipei city were selected. The study investigated the ideas and strategies of principals’ school management, the difficulties they encountered and their coping strategies. The study offered several suggestions for educational administration authorities, junior high school principals and future researches.
