    Abstract: 面臨時代快速的變遷,校長對於教育須具備敏銳的洞察力與行動力,察覺學校所可能面臨的危機與困境,靈活運用學校經營管理策略,使學校永續經營與發展。本研究以2009-2010年新北市6位特色國小校長為研究對象。透過深度訪談與文件佐證之方法,探討特色國小校長學校經營管理理念,建構學校經營管理策略及其學校經營管理困境與因應策略,研究結論如下:
    一、特色國小校長因應社會變遷之脈動,調整學校經營方向與理念。
    二、特色國小校長能善用學校經營管理策略,促使學校永續發展。
    三、特色國小校長認為凝聚眾人共識與資源找尋,是校長需致力的方向。
    四、特色國小校長應具備學校使命感,積極關懷弱勢教育。
    五、特色國小校長應對特色有明確定義,善用學校條件發展特色。
    根據上述研究結論,本研究給予教育行政機關對於特色學校方案之建言,並且對現任及初任校長在學校經營管理提出建議,最後針對後續研究提出若干建議。
    The study selected six principals in New Taipei City whose schools won the Characteristic School Award in 2009-2010. Through in-depth interviews and document analysis, the study investigated the ideas and strategies of principals’ school management, the difficulties they encountered and their coping strategies. This study offered several suggestions for educational administration authorities, school principals and future research.
