    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討我國「全國學生音樂比賽」的制度運作、實務問題、申訴案例及教育蘊義之所在。採取質性研究途逕,以「文件分析法」為主要研究方法,從制度面、實務面及理論面進行探討及綜合分析,以深入瞭解本項比賽的問題所在,據以獲得結論及建議。
    審視制度面,本項比賽有7項特質及25項要因,並設定「以音樂教育為目的,尋求公平比賽機制」為願景。觀察實務面,本項比賽存在著教育化、高質化、產業化、工具化、失能化及失德化的問題。探究理論面,則本項比賽的目的宜分流為「團體項目重觀摩推廣,個人項目重專業拔尖」的設計。
    目前本項比賽似乎已經取代了正式音樂課程的地位,背負著音樂教育的重大責任,這也就是全國學生音樂比賽現階段內含的教育蘊義。
    本研究所提建議包括:團體項目「去分數化」;個人項目「去任務化」;音樂比賽產業化;建立「國家音樂考級制度」;建立國家音樂專業評審審查制度…等等,期待未來能夠呈現一個更加完善的音樂比賽環境,讓學子們在比賽當中找到學習音樂的快樂和靈魂。
    The objective of this study is to investigate the operation system, practical problems, the cases of appealing, and the implications for education of the national student’s music contest in R.O.C. (Taiwan). The qualitative research method was adopted to thoroughly understand the theme of this study. Literature review method was applied in this study. To better understand the problems, investigation and comprehensive analysis from the levels of system, practice, and theory were used to gain the conclusions and suggestions.
    There are seven characteristics and twenty-five elements in the system. The purpose of the system is music education, and looking for an equal contest system is the vision at the same time. There are some problems about education, high quality of the judges, industrialization, losing function, and losing moral in the practice level. The purpose of the contest should be designed as “observing the promotion of group events and promoting the top in personal events” in the theoretical level.
    This contest seems to replace the position of formal music lessons and takes the responsibility of music education. It’s also the implication of national student’s music contest now.
    According to the preceding findings, this study provides some suggestions including: no score in group events; no mission in personal events; to industrialize the music contest, to establish the national music test system, to establish professional accreditation review system, etc. We look forward to displaying a perfect music contest environment and children could find their happiness and soul about music through the contest.
