    Title: 新北市國中學生校園霸凌行為現況之研究

    Abstract: 本研究目的在探討新北市國中學生校園霸凌行為的現況與分佈情形,並比較不同個人背景變項在校園霸凌行為中有何差異情形。
    本研究以新北市國中學生為對象,以自編的「新北市國中學生校園霸凌行為現況之研究問卷」為研究工具,採問卷調查法共發出問卷1,028份,有效問卷為1,009份,問卷可用率達98.1%。調查所得資料以SPSS14.0統計套裝軟體進行t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法處理,本研究發現如下:
    一、新北市國中學生的霸凌行為以言語霸凌最嚴重,關係霸凌次之;而新北市九大區中以淡水區的霸凌情形較為嚴重。
    二、新北市國中校園內較易發生霸凌行為的地點在教室及學校偏僻角落;而校園內較易發生霸凌行為的時間則在放學之後以及下課休息時間。
    三、不同性別、學業成績、家庭結構、父母感情及家長管教方式之新北市國中學生在校園霸凌行為上有顯著差異;而不同年級、手足數之新北市國中學生在校園霸凌行為上則沒有顯著差異。
    最後,根據研究結果在學校導師及教育行政人員、學校及家庭教育、社會教育以及未來研究等四個方面,提出各項建議以供教育界之研究參考。
    The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation and the distribution of school bullying behaviors on junior high school students in New Taipei City, and then compares the differences between the varied personal backgrounds.
    The sample was consisted of junior high school students in New Taipei City. One thousand twenty-eight students have been inquired to complete a questionnaire created and edited by the researcher. Nine hundred seventy-six effective questionnaires were collected and the available rate of questionnaires was 98.1%. Acquired data were analyzed by statistical methods including t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson''s product-moment correlation. The main findings were found as follows:
    1. Language bullying can most commonly be found among the bullying behaviors, and Internet bullying is the least. In addition, Tamsui District exhibits the most bullying behaviors among the nine districts in New Taipei City.
    2. School bullying occurs most frequently during recess or after class, in classrooms and some secluded corners.
    3. School bullying behaviors shows significant distinction on genders, school performance, family structures, degree of parental affection and ways of parental discipline; while grades, number of siblings and family SES presents no significant distinction.
    According to the result, the research provides some suggestions for teachers, school administrators, education administration authority in New Taipei City and reference of future study.
