    Abstract: 本研究的主要目的在於探討新北市民小學志工角色知覺與工作投入之關係,並分析不同個人背景及服務變項之志工在角色知覺與工作投入各面向的差異情形。研究者以自編「國民小學志工之角色知覺與工作投入調查問卷」,依分層隨機比例原則,選取新北市36所國民小學之志工共455人為對象實施問卷調查,
    並以回收之有效問卷346份進行統計分析。
    本研究的角色知覺包含角色認知、角色功能和角色評價等三種角色;工作投入包含工作認同、工作參與和工作專注等三種行為。調查結果經統計分析後獲致以下結論:
    一、新北市國民小學志工之角色具多面向且屬高度角色知覺。
    二、新北市國民小學志工之角色知覺會因志工服務變項不同而有部份顯著差異。
    三、新北市國民小學志工具高度工作投入的程度,以工作認同為最佳。
    四、新北市國民小學志工之工作投入程度會因志工服務變項不同而有部份顯著差異。
    五、新北市國民小學志工角色知覺與工作投入有顯著正相關。
    最後根據上述研究結論,本研究提出若干建議,以供學校行政團隊以及志工人力管理者之參考,希冀有助於學校人力資源運用管理之提升。
    Abstract:
    The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between role perception and job involvement of volunteers for elementary schools in New Taipei City, and to analye varieties of role perceptions and job involvement due to background variables and service variables of school volunteers.
    A questionnaire survey was conducted for the data-collection. Subjects of the survey were 455 school volunteers from 36 elementary schools in New Taipei City by using stratified proportional random sampling method.
    Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation , and stepwise multiple regression analysis were applied for data analysis.
    Findings of this study were as follows:
    1. The role perception of school volunteers have been multifaceted.
    2. As a whole, the role perception of school volunteers was at a higher level, and school volunteers had high “work identity”.
    3. There was no significant difference in role perceptions of school volunteers by their background variables; however, it was different in terms of service variables.
    4. There was a high level of job involvement for school volunteers.
    5. There was no significant difference in job involvement by background variables of school volunteers; however, it was different in terms of service variables.
    4. There was a significant and positive correlation between role perception and job involvement for school volunteers.
    Some suggestions based on literature review and research findings were proposed for school administrators, school volunteers, as well as further studies.
