    摘要: 本研究旨在探討新北市國中女性教師兼任行政職務工作壓力與工作滿意度之關係。首先探討工作壓力的理論模式及相關研究,並探討工作滿意度理論及相關研究,其次,分析新北市國中女性教師兼任行政職務工作壓力與工作滿意度的現況、差異情形、相關情形及工作壓力對工作滿意度的預測力,並綜合文獻探討與調查研究結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政主管機關、學校、國中兼任行政職務教師及後續研究之參考。
    本研究所採用的方法主要為問卷調查法,根據相關文獻編擬問卷初稿,經專家效度考驗後進行預試,依據預試結果編製「新北市國民中學女性教師兼任行政職務工作壓力與工作滿意度調查問卷」。研究對象以新北市77所公立國中兼任行政職務女性教師為主,依學校規模大小及學校所在地區施以分層隨機抽樣調查,總計293份。回收問卷為242份,有效問卷為239份,回收率為82.59%,可用率為98.76%。資料處理部份以SPSS 12.0 for Windows 12.0統計套裝軟體為主,採用t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等方法進行統計。本研究之重要發現為:
    一、新北市國中兼任行政職務之女性教師知覺中等程度工作壓力,以「工作負荷」壓力最大。
    二、新北市國中兼任行政職務之女性教師知覺中高程度工作滿意度,以「人際關係」滿意度最高。
    三、新北市國中兼任行政職務之女性教師知覺工作壓力在不同年齡、學歷、婚姻狀況、服務年資之背景上,有顯著差異。
    四、新北市國中兼任行政職務之女性教師知覺工作滿意度在不同年齡、婚姻狀況、服務年資、學校規模、學校地區之背景上,有顯著差異。
    五、新北市國中兼任行政職務之女性教師整體工作壓力與工作滿意度為中度負相關,在部份向度呈現低度或中度負相關。
    六、新北市國中兼任行政職務之女性教師「整體工作壓力」及「行政督導」、「教師專業」、「人際關係」向度對「工作滿意度」具有解釋力。
    This study aims to explore the relationship between job stress and job satisfaction of junior high school female teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City. First, the researcher investigates the types of theories and related data of job stress as well as job satisfaction. Second, the researcher analyzes the status quos, the variations, and the relationships of job stress and job satisfaction of junior high school female teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City as well as the prediction of job satisfaction from job stress. Furthermore, with literature review and the main findings of the study, the researcher provides concrete suggestions for educational administrators, schools, teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants, and the follow-up researchers.
    Based on the related literature review, the first draft of the questionnaire, entitled “The Questionnaire of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Junior High School Female Teachers Concurrently Serving as Administrative Assistants in New Taipei City” is compiled with expertise validity and pre-tested. The subjects are the teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in 77 public junior high schools of New Taipei City. The samples, stratified and randomly sampled according to the sizes as well as the areas of the schools, are totally 293. The effective samples are 239 from 242 with 82.59% responding rate and 98.76 usability rate. The data are processed with t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and the step-wise multiple regression analysis by means of SPSS 12.0 for Window 12.0. The main findings of the study are as follows.
    1. Junior High School Female Teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City perceive a medium level job stress; moreover, “the burden of job” is the most significant.
    2. Junior High School Female Teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City perceive a medium-high level job satisfaction; moreover, “the interpersonal relationship” is the most significant.
    3. There are significant differences in job stress of junior high school female teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City, based on their ages, levels of education, marital status, and seniority.
    4. There are significant differences in job satisfaction of junior high school female teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City, based on their ages, marital status, seniority, as well as the sizes and areas of the schools.
    5. The job stress and the job satisfaction of junior high school female teachers concurrently serving as administrative assistants in New Taipei City are intermediately negative correlated.
    6. There is a significant explanation of “job satisfaction” via “total job stress”, “supervision of administrators”, “teachers’ professional knowledge”, and “interpersonal relationship.”
