    Abstract: 論文名稱:臺北市國民小學教師專業學習社群與 頁數:174教師教學效能關係之研究校系(所)組別:淡江大學教育政策與領導研究所碩士班畢業時間及提要別:99 學年度第二學期 碩士學位論文提要研究生:趙宜媺 指導教授:吳清山博士論文提要內容:本研究旨在探討國民小學教師專業學習社群與教師教學效能間之關係,以及教師專業學習社群對教師教學效能的預測情形。為達成研究目的,本研究採取問卷調查法,編製「國民小學教師專業學習社群與教師教學效能調查問卷」,作為研究工具;本研究是以臺北市國民小學教師為對象,進行問卷調查,發給50所國民小學680份問卷,有效樣本為644份。繼以 SPSS for Window 12.0 套裝軟體進行分析,採用描述統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、雪費法事後比較、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法。根據研究結果,歸納結論如下:一、 臺北市國民小學教師專業學習社群現況屬「良好」程度,其中以「協同合作與交流」最佳。二、 臺北市國民小學教師教學效能現況屬「良好」程度,其中以「班級經營與互動」最佳。三、 臺北市國民小學教師在專業學習社群表現上,會因為學歷、年資與學校年齡之不同而有顯著差異。四、 臺北市國民小學教師在教師教學效能上,會因為年齡、學歷、年資與學校年齡之不同而有顯著差異。五、 臺北市國民小學教師專業學習社群表現對教師教學效能具有預測力。最後,根據研究結論,分別對於學校、教師及後續研究提出建議,以作為學校經營與管理之參考。

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this study is to research the situation and relationship between elementary school teachers’ professional learning communities and teachers’ teaching effectiveness in Taipei City, attempted to verify these factors for prediction. To achieve the study objective, the study has adopted the questionnaire surveying method, and has also compiled a “Teachers’ professional learning communities and teaching effectiveness questionnaire”, which is used as the research tool. The sample consisted of 680 teachers selected from 50 elementary schools in Taipei City, data of 644 are found as effective questionnaire. The data derived from the questionnaire are put through the computer statistical software SPSS 12.0 for Windows to conduct data analysis, together with adopting statistical methods including the descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe'' method stepwise multiple regression analysis.
    These conclusions are as follows:
    1. The current conditions of teachers’ professional learning communities of elementary schools in Taipei area are good, especially on the cooperation and exchanges.
    2. The current conditions of teachers’ teaching effectiveness of lementary schools in Taipei City are good, especially on the class management and interaction.
    3. There are significant differences on teachers’ professional learning communit ies of elementary school in terms of education degree, seniority and school age.
    4. There are significant differences on teachers’ teaching effectiveness of elementary school in terms of education degree, age, seniority and school age.
    5. Every dimension of teachers’ professional learning communities has the strong prediction of the whole elementary school teachers’ teaching effectiveness in Taipei City.
    According to this research, the study presents recommendations on teachers’ professional learning communities and teachers’ teaching effectiveness performance focusing separately on the elementary school ,teachers, and subsequent researchers for the future studies.
