本研究旨在探討大學評鑑對提升我國軍事校院教育品質之影響。主要的研究目的有四﹕ 一、暸解大學評鑑對提升軍事校院教育品質的重要性。 二、探討大學評鑑對軍事校院課程規劃與教育核心價值的相關性。 三、暸解軍事教育與大學評鑑的一致性。 四、提供軍事教育主管機關辦理教育評鑑之參考。 本研究採訪談法，以立意取樣方式選取對國軍軍事教育具有實務經驗之政策主管、參謀及各軍事校院老師、教官與隊職官計九位為訪談對象。研究結論為： 一、軍事校院接受財團法人高等教育評鑑中心的評鑑是一個正確的方向；由專業的評鑑機構以同樣的標準檢視國軍校院的教育成效，更可以暸解軍、民高等教育的優缺點。 二、評鑑工作要在軍事校院能順利推展，首先要由領導者開始由上到下全面推動，加強校內各級人員之間的意見溝通，有助於評鑑功能的落實，創造優質軍事教育環境。 三、要提升軍事教育品質，從教育法規、教育目標、課程設計、師資、教育經費等各面向，都應全面檢討修訂。 The aim of this research is to study the effect of the university evaluation on the promotion of the military education in our country. The four main purposes are following: 1. Understanding the importance of the university evaluation to promote the quality of military education. 2. Evaluating the correlation among the university evaluation, curriculum planning of military universities and the core value of education. 3. Knowing the consistency between military education and the university evaluation. 4. Providing a reference of conduction of the university evaluation to the authority of military education. This research was proceeding by interview surveys. The object of the research consisted of nine persons with practical experience in the military education by purposive sampling including the policy directors, staff officers, teachers in all military academies, drillmasters and team officers. The research conclusions are following: 1. It is a correct direction for military universities to accept evaluations from Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan. Through evaluating military education by the same standards from professional evaluating institution we can know many more advantages and disadvantages in military and civil higher education. 2. For successfully implementing evaluation in military universities, most of all, it is necessary that the leaders drive from the top enhancing the communication of views. It will benefit the implement of the function of evaluation and create high quality of military education. 3. For improvement of military education, all aspects of education codes, educational goals, curriculum planning, qualified teachers and educational expenditures need a comprehensive review and revise.
