論文提要內容： 本研究旨在探討新北市雙和區國民中學教師工作壓力與因應策略，不同背景變項工作壓力及因應策略差異，探討其相關情形，並根據研究結果提出建議。 研究工具為研究者自編之新北市雙和區國民中學教師工作壓力與因應策略調查問卷。隨機抽取新北市雙和區8所學校380名教師為研究對象，進行問卷調查，回收有效問卷376份。以SPSS套裝軟體進行平均數與標準差、單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行分析。並根據研究結果歸納出以下結論： 一、新北市雙和區國民中學教師工作壓力屬於中等程度。 二、新北市雙和區國民中學教師工作壓力之因應策略採用「理性思考」為主。 三、新北市雙和區國民中學教師不同背景變項工作壓力除「教育程度」外均有顯著差異。 四、新北市雙和區國民中學教師不同背景變項工作壓力之因應策略採用於「年齡」及「學校規模」有顯著差異。 五、新北市雙和區國民中學教師工作壓力與因應策略呈顯著正相關。 根據上述研究結論提出建議，以供教育行政主管機關及學校單位、教師自我本身，以及未來相關研究者之參考。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the work stress and coping strategies of junior high school teachers of Shuang Ho district in New Taipei city,to work stress and coping strategies differences,to investigate the relevant circumstances and make recommendations based on the results. The study was conducted through questionnaires which derived from the literature reviews.The samples of the survey were 380 teachers from 8 junior high schools of Shuang Ho district in New Taipei city,376 were valid.The statistical procedure was analyzed by descriptive,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson product-moment correlation analysis. Conclusions of this study were as follow： 1.The junior high school teachers’work stress of Shuang Ho district in New Taipei city was the medium degree . 2.The junior high school teachers’work stress and coping strategies were used to rational thinking. 3.The junior high school teachers’work stress was except "education degree "of the difference significant in different variable . 4.The junior high school teachers’work stress and coping strategies were used significant differences in the "age" and "school size ". 5.The junior high school teachers’work stress and coping strategies were positively related. Based on conclusions, some suggestions were proposed for the schools, educational administrative agencies,as well as further studies.
