    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討新北市公立國民小學教師兼任行政職務角色衝突與工作效能的現況,包括有:
    一、新北市國小教師兼任行政職務角色衝突與工作效能的現況。
    二、不同背景變項在角色衝突與工作效能的差異情形。
    三、角色衝突與工作效能間的關聯。
    四、角色衝突對工作效能的影響。
    本研究以新北市公立國民小學417位教師兼任行政職務為研究樣本,採用結構式問卷調查法進行研究。調查所得資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Scheffe’事後比較法、Pearson 積差相關及迴歸分析法等進行統計分析。本研究之重要發現如下:
    一、新北市國民小學教師兼任行政職務在角色衝突感受為中等程度。
    二、新北市國民小學教師兼任行政職務在工作效能感受為中上程度。
    三、新北市國民小學教師兼任行政職務在背景變項中,「年齡」、「服務年資」、「教育程度」在角色衝突上具有顯著差異。
    四、新北市國民小學教師兼任行政職務在背景變項中,「性別」、 「年齡」、「服務年資」、「教育程度」、「行政年資」、「學校規模」與「學校地區」在工作效能上具有顯著差異。
    五、教育程度高之教師兼任行政職務者掌握專業及領導溝通力強。
    六、新北市國民小學教師兼任行政職務角色衝突與工作效能呈現低度負相關;角色衝突感越高,工作效能越低。
    七、角色衝突對工作效能具有預測力,尤其以社會角色衝突之預測力
    最顯著。
    八、專業角色衝突對「行政管理效能」、「領導溝通效能」具有預測力。
    九、社會角色衝突對「領導溝通效能」、「資源運用效能」具有預測力。
    本章依據研究結果,歸納出主要的研究發現,作成結論,提出建議,俾利教育行政單位、學校、兼任行政職務教師及未來研究者參考。
    Abstract:
    The purpose of this study is to explore the current status of role conflict and work effectiveness for elementary school teachers with administrative position in New Taipei City.The study tries to find the following problems:
    1. The current status of the role conflict and work effectiveness for elementary school teachers with administrative position
    2. The differences between role conflict and work effectiveness reflected by the sample’s background variables.
    3. The relationship between role conflict and work effectiveness.
    4. The multiple regressions between role conflict and work effectiveness and the predictive power of each other.
    The study was administered to the sample of 417 teachers for elementary school teachers with administrative position in New Taipei City. The data is statistically analyzed by descriptive statistic, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regressions.
    The main findings of this study are summarized as follows:
    1.The current status of role conflict is rated“intermediate”.
    2.The current status of work effectiveness is rated“intermediate-high”.
    3.There were significant differences existed among variables of age, working seniority,and education level on role conflic for elementary school teachers in administrative position of New Taipei City.
    4.There were significant differences existed among variables of gender,age, working seniority,education level,administrative years,school size and school location on work effectiveness for elementary school teachers in administrative position of New Taipei City.
    5.The teachers of higher education in administrative position have the better ability of the specialty and leadership-communication.
    6.There is a negative correlation between the role conflict and work effectiveness.
    7.Role conflict could effectively predict work effectiveness, especially in social role conflict.
    8.Professional role conflict could effectively predict administrative- management and leadership-communication effectiveness.
    9.Social role conflict could effectively predict leadership-communication and resource-operations effectiveness.
