    摘要: 中共在改革開放後，一直為其海洋戰略的實踐做新的界定與發展。本研究希望從中共的海軍現代化，剖析其航空母艦的發展計畫，並且從中了解改革開放之後對中共海軍戰略思維的改變與影響。
    至目前為止，大部分研究中共航空母艦發展者，大部分都著重在硬體建設與中共建造航艦的目的。本研究著重在中共航空母艦發展時，其海軍在海權思想的改變在這個部分所扮演的角色。希望可以通過本研究把中共海權發展需求與其航空母艦的發展串聯起來。
    本研究發現，中共的航艦發展模式，是結合美國、法國、俄羅斯等航艦在各方面的優點，整合成為其特有的航艦發展模式。而將來自行建造的航艦，不排除是以法式中型航艦為藍本起造。同時，進入新世紀的中共海軍，已經擺脫繼承自蘇聯海軍的發展模式，走出自己的道路。航艦與潛艦之間的所謂鬥爭，並非是一種你死我活的權鬥，僅是在經費缺乏、技術能力不足等原因所造成的過程。
    Since after the economic reform, China trying to redefined and develop it''s maritime strategy. There was "no question" the Chinese navy was growing in capability and capacity. From the process of modernization of People''s Liberation Army Navy, this thesis is to analyze PLAN’s aircraft carrier ambition how to influence and transform the Chinese naval strategy.
    Previous researches are paying more attention on hardware development and purpose of carrier building, but Chinese sea power ideology is playing a significant role in this progress. This thesis will link up these two elements.
    As result, I find out that Chinese aircraft carrier is an end product, by integrating from United States, French and Russia''s carrier technologies, and absorb the accomplishment which had build up by these pioneer 70 years ago. PLAN no longer follow the steps of Russian Navy, but the path by its own. This will reflect from it''s first aircraft carrier, which will refer to French, but Russian.
    Conflict between surface warship (especially carrier) and submarine are no longer an issue, is just an outcome of financial and technology incompetence. This already solve when China economy stand up to world top 3 and ranked in top 10 Most Powerful Countries.
