台灣是個海島型國家,而其主要資源是要依靠進出口貿易來取得,因此與各國間的進出口貿易在台灣的總體經濟方面佔了很大一部份。自從西元1987年底政府開放與中國大陸通商以來以及當時台灣的經濟環境,許多台灣商人紛紛將公司總部留在台灣,把工廠製造的生產線移往中國大陸,以利用其大量便宜的人力與資源。 自90年代中開始,網際網路漸漸的遍佈全世界。而網站、電子郵件、與網路電話…等的出現更改變了世人獲取資訊的管道及人與人的溝通方式。尋找買家能利用網際網路無時間與地域的限制的特色加上傳統參加展覽的方式,將能提昇公司的能見度,增取更多訂單。公司的作業流程與管理都轉為電子化後,對公司營運應有正面的影響。 本論文研究目的有:(一) 企業網際網路的應用及其所帶來的經營管理影響與效益。(二) 比較貿易電子化後跟傳統的貿易之差異。(三) 探討位於兩岸三地的公司如何導入電子化系統。(四) 探討電子化貿易的實際流程及企業內部管理網路化。 本論文分成四個部分:(一) 網際網路之應用:此章會介紹如電子郵件、網路電話…等跟網際網路有關對企業之應用,以及網際網路對企業經營的影響與效益。(二) 兩岸台商貿易電子化:這部份會先介紹把營業總部設在台灣,人力與物力移往大陸,並在全世界尋找市場與客戶的營運模式,並介紹客戶、供應商與公司員工共用的網路平台及其架設與成本。 (三) 兩岸電子化貿易操作實務:這裡將以實際的例子應證貿易網路化的操作。首先將概述個案公司簡介,並以實例來介紹線上產品型錄及利用電子化系統來開發客戶、接單、跟單等三大部份。(四) 兩岸電子化經營營運總部:以實例來探討企業部管理電子化如何運作。 Taiwan is an island country, in which resources are mainly relied on import and export trading. Since 1987, trading with Mainland China is allowed; Taiwanese Enterprises moved the factories and production department to China because of their cheap labors and large amount of resources. Since the 1990s, Internet has been all around the world. Homepages, E-mails, Internet Phones …and so have changed the way which human communicate with each other. If searching buyers can use internet, which is timeless and no boundaries, in addition to attending large exhibitions, the company can gain more exposures and may receive more orders. If the management and working process can be electronicalized, it may have positive impacts on the enterprises’ whole operation. The purposes of the thesis are ( I) Impacts and benefits of the application of the internets would bring to the company’s management and operation. (II) The comparisons between traditional trade process and E-trade. (III) Study on the ways the Cross-Strait Taiwanese Enterprises need to induct E-business. (VI) The Practical operation of E-business and E-management. This thesis can be divided into four parts. (I) Application of Internet:this part will introduce what impacts and benefits the internet tools like email, internet phones, etc would bring to one company. (II) E-business in Cross-strait Taiwanese enterprise:the expenses and ways to induct e-system which connect buyers, suppliers, and employees in the Cross-Strait Taiwanese Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SMEs). (III) Practical study of E-commerce:A case study of a Cross-Strait Taiwanese SME on how the e-system operated on finding buyers, receiving orders, and production. (IV). Cross-Strait E-operation headquarter:Practical study on E-management in a Cross-Strait Taiwanese SME.
