日本的經濟從二次大戰後的輕重工業發展、1980年代的半導體產業及汽車產業的發達，一直到近年電子零件以及製造設備的輸出等，造物技術可視為支撐日本經濟的命脈。然而，在IT革命以及技術移轉時間的縮短之下，亞洲新興國家崛起勢力已經不容忽視。雖然日本製造企業一向擁有最先進的技術，且在各產業之中，扮演強大供應商的腳色，但隨著日本現地生產的人事費用高漲以及製造業者紛紛西進生產的環境下，製造設備企業的經營策略必須有所改變。 面對目前的外部環境激烈競爭、後進企業的威脅以及客戶價值觀的改變等因素，日本製造設備企業以差別化策略來對應各種不同的問題。另外，製造業在中國及東南亞等國家進行生產的方式已為主流，企業必須隨著顧客的腳步在海外分佈據點，且須配合顧客的需求才可以繼續經營生存。 此外，本論文針對水晶元件、LED、面板、相機模組等四個領域的製造設備企業進行現狀分析以及比較各國企業執行的經營策略。依據各國企業的分析結果，以先鋒自動化設備公司為事例研究，探討今後面對各國企業的經營策略執行結果以及外在環境的改變下該如何做應變處理。 除了提出外在環境的應變策略之外，公司內部的人才培育以及技術的傳承等也視為本論文經營策略的探討重點。本論文於最後章節歸納出公司內部與外部的經營策略，並且針對各種環境變化與問題提出解決建議對策。 It may be said that the manufacturing technology is able to support Japanese economy from the development in the light and heavy industries since the second World War, semiconductor industry and automotive industry of the 1980s till the export of electronic parts and fabrication machine in late year.However, the power of the Asian emerging nations can’t be ignored anymore because of the information revolution and the time shortening for technology transfer. Although Japanese fabrication machine companies have had high-technology and been the best powerful supplies in each industry, the strategic management has to be changed with the conditions that high personnel expense in Japan and manufacturing companies going to west for production. By the factors such as intense competition in the external environment, the menace of the entering companies and the customer sense of values being changed, the Japanese fabrication machine companies faced these problems with a strategy called the differentiation. Besides, to establish factories in China or Southeast Asia is the main trend for manufacturing companies. So, the best way to operate Japanese fabrication machine companies everlasting is to establish offices fallowing the location of customers and matching the needs what they want. In this thesis, I compare present conditions of strategic management with each country in these industries of Crystal Device, LED, Panel, Camera Module. According to the analysis, take a case study of Pioneer FA Corporation to discuss how to face the result of strategic management with each country and handle the changed external environment. About the human resources development in the company and the technical succession, it is also what I want to research emphasis as a strategic management of this thesis. In the final chapter of this thesis, I induce strategic management about the inner and the outer of the company and suggest how to deal with each environmental changed and problems.
