    摘要: 近十年來,全球市場規模以前所未見之速度迅速地擴大,國際經濟全球化之擴大與深化,帶來海外直接投資與貿易的增加,同時提升各國經濟的相互依賴關係。在此高度相互依賴的經濟環境裡,即使是只從事內銷的國內企業也被迫加入全球化的競爭。面對這樣的經營環境變化,企業急切需要立定新的戰略以及重整組織架構,始能對應這樣的變化。
    國際間各種策略聯盟之方式,此時亦成為國際間企業採取的對應方法之一。台灣企業自1950年代起爲日本企業代工,和日本企業有垂直分工的關係。到了1960-70年代,台灣企業引進了日本的技術、知識等,而與日本企業有水平分工的關係。近年來,日本企業與台灣企業以各自擁有的競爭優勢,聯手進入中國市場的台日商策略聯盟亦成為趨勢之一。
    本研究主要在探討有日本總合商社參與的台日商策略聯盟中,日本總合商社所扮演的角色,並嚐試從台日商策略聯盟的相關理論將其商務模式予以分類,以便更進一歩瞭解日本總合商社在各類型的台日合作案中所發揮的功能。由研究結果得知,商社在此策略聯盟中之主要功能為市場開拓機能、商社網絡及經營機能,而其與台日企業的信賴關係及圓融的溝通管道,亦使得策略聯盟有較高之成功率。
    For the past ten years, the scale of global market has been expanded rapidly. Due to the expansion and deepening of the international economy globalization, the overseas direct investment and trade has been increased as well as the interdependence of economy between various countries. In this highly interdependence economic environment, even the enterprise who is only engaged in domestic market is also compelled to join the globalized competition. Facing such change of the business management, the enterprise needs to decide the new strategic as well as the re-construction of organization to correspond such change.
    The international strategic alliance has been taken into one of the solutions during the period. Taiwanese enterprise had the relations of vertical division of labor with Japanese enterprise from 1950s and the horizontal division of labor relations from 1960-1970s due to the introduction of Japan''s technology and know-how into Taiwan. In recent years, it has been seen that Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises enter China market with strategic alliance because of the competitive advantage that Taiwanese enterprise and Japanese enterprise own separately
    This research is mainly focuses on the study of the role played by Japanese Sogo-Shosya in the strategic alliance between Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises. In order to probe the functions of Japanese Sogo-Shosya in the cooperation of Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises, this research tries to classify the business pattern based on the theories of strategic alliance between Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises. The findings are as follow. Major functions played by the Japanese Sogo-Shosya in this strategic alliance are marketing, Sogo-Shosya’s networking and management capability. Furthermore, trust relationships and good communications built on Japanese and Taiwanese enterprises by Japanese Sogo-Shosya make the strategic alliance easier to succeed.
