    Abstract: 為持續改善教學品質,各級學校無不積極地鼓勵授課教師的課程規劃能活化與創新,課程內容要求新求變才能滿足學生的需求。動能瑜珈結合了瑜珈、體適能及運動訓練法等三項運動領域,並根據這三項運動的理論與實務來規劃課程,活動內容新鮮有趣又多元化,運動型態適合各種體適能水準的大學生,強調增進健康體適能的正確運動方法,並建立終身體適能的觀念,重視生命、重視健康。
    整體而言,動能瑜珈具有健康體適能的教育觀,是一項既能消耗熱量又能享受樂趣的運動,很適合規劃為體育課程教材。
