    Abstract: 本文以績效責任的概念為核心，探討要求學校績效責任的發展趨勢，以及例舉美國以及澳大利亞發展學校績效責任的概況，以供國內探討此一主題或進一步構思建立學校績效責任機制之參考。文中針對國內推動績效責任的現況加以探討，並說明可能陷入的偏誤。最後指出當前學校系統欠缺的績效責任環節，所提出的改善建議期望可以作為因應未來發展之參考。
