Introduction: 本室行政組織，編置主任一員，下設軍訓教學、學生服務、行政事務、與台北校園等四組，提供國防通識課程教學、學生生活輔導與校園安寧維護服務。本室國防通識教學課程設計，以國家安全、國防科技、兵學理論等領域與學生需求暨發展建立學校特色為基礎，研發編撰教學課程教材，並建構多媒體教學設施與軟體，藉以活潑教學，激發學生學習意願，期以國防通識之軍事教學，充實學生軍事智能，並積極為國舉才，輔導學生參加預官、預士甄選，激發學生愛國情操，進而支持國防，達到全民國防的目標。學生生活輔導與校園安寧維護服務，在藉由軍護教學活動與教官擔任社團、服務課程之指導與校外租賃訪問，強化師生情誼，建立互信基礎，擴大輔導服務學生的功能，了解學生學習與生活安全狀況，藉二十四小時住校值勤維護校園安寧，隨時協助學生解決疑難，使學生能在校園中安心學習與成長。

The organization of OMET(Office of Military Education and Training) has one director, which has four branches of military education, student service, administration affairs, and Taipei campus. The courses of the common education of national defense are designed based on the fields of national security, arm forces technology, theory of military arts, and students' needs, developing them into characteristics of this university. OMET compiles textbooks, constructs multi-media educational facility and software, in order to activate the courses, to motivate students to learn, to enrich students' military intelligence, to train men for professional officer, to give students guidance in military selection, to stir up students' patriotism. In advance, by means of supporting the national defense to achieve the goal of general defense. The student consuilting and campus security service is aimed to strengthen the teacher-student relation, build up a reliable trust, enhance the ability to assist students, aiding students' learning and security status by military and nursling education activities, delegating officers as consultants of clubs, service courses and apartment interview. At same time, OMET wants to aid students with difficulty situations and provide a safe campus to study by keeping 24-hour security surveillance on campus.
