    Abstract: 微飛行器是目前航太軍事領域積極想要推動的研究標的之一; 而拍撲翼是 15cm 以下微飛行器較適合的飛行方式,不過該飛行翼的非穩態空氣動力特性 (unsteady aerodynamic characteristics),還有許多可研究的空間。 本計畫擺脫開原來UCLA 等研究群的」分散式」(discrete)感測與驅動理念(因 為感測器與驅動器數量越多,控制越複雜困難),改以」空間連續佈放智慧機電材 料」(在本計畫即是壓電材料)的簡單電子訊號輸出,直接得出與拍撲翼整體空氣 動力有關之升力(或甚至阻力)數據,而不必全然依靠風洞(wind tunnel)及測力計 (load cell)來取得空氣動力數據。 為完成拍撲翼的現地升力量測,首要步驟是如何將壓電PVDF 薄膜材料, 整合於拍撲翼(含鈦合金骨架與聚對二甲苯(parylene)翼膜)的微細加工製作之 中,故本一年期研究計畫,將先偏重相關微機電製程的開發,以及壓電拍撲翼 輸出升力相關訊號之可行性研究,以做為未來風洞驗證與訊號校正,以及拍撲 翼升/阻力現地監控的基礎。
