    Abstract: 本研究以期望理論的觀點，探討信任關係（組織信任、主管信任、同事信任）與工作滿足（內在滿足與外在滿足）的關聯性？同時基於社會交換理論的觀點，探討信任關係與工作滿足對知識分享（知識分享意願、知識分享行為）的影響。本文以銀行業及軍事財務單位員工為研究對象，共412個樣本資料，經過結構化方程式模型驗證後發現，工作滿足對於信任關係以及知識分享具有中介效果，而內在滿足對於知識分享行為有較強的關聯效果。
