    Abstract: 本文應用有限元素法進行微小板材外緣內曲摺邊成形模擬分析,探討微小板材料片厚度、晶粒大小及摩擦係數對於成形性之影響。本文首先應用Nelder-Mead Method導入考慮料片厚度及晶粒大小之應力應變關係修正式,此式能符合厚度越厚流動應力越大與晶粒越大流動應力越小之趨勢。其次利用有限元素法模擬微小板材外緣內曲摺邊成形,模擬結果顯示,成形負荷與外型輪廓皆能合理呈現。當料片厚度越厚、晶粒越小、摩擦係數越大,其成形負荷越大,而晶粒大小及摩擦係數對直邊與底邊外形輪廓影響不大,但改變料片厚度,會因沖頭負荷增加,造成底邊外型輪廓變化較大。本文結果可提供微小成形相關研究之參考。
