滿足或然率的設計條件,並不表示達到可靠度設計。本文即是介紹應用結構破壞應力為基礎的可靠度表示法,發展模糊最佳化設計方法程序,以同時滿足多個設計目標並最優化可靠度。除了設計變數為統計數字外,某些參數亦為具統計的資料。設計條件包括肯定的,統計的,模糊的,及模糊統計型的混合體。加上目標權重法的應用,設計者可依需要使得滿足多個目標不同重要程度的最終設計。此方法被應用在一簡化的磨輪機械主軸設計,可設計出最佳的主軸幾何尺寸,並同時滿足多設計目標及最高的結構可靠度。 This paper presents a design method using fuzzy theory to decide random design variables by maximizing strength-based reliability and optimizing multiple design goals simultaneously. Some parameters in this type design problem have randomness also. The constrained functions are mixed deterministic, fuzzy and fuzzy probabilistic constraints. With objective weighting strategy in fuzzy optimization, one can obtain the solutions that depicted the relative importance between the reliability and multiobjective functions. This fuzzy optimization formulations and solution techniques are illustrated by and applied on a simple mechanical spindle design where three design goals have to be optimized.
