    摘要: A fast-settling low dropout linear regulator (LDO) with multi-voltage control technique and adaptive reference control (ARC) is presented for minimizing overshoot/undershoot voltage in load regulation, and settling time when voltage switching. ARC technique can adjust the reference voltage dynamically for increasing slew rate of error amplifier and back to its steady-state value according to the output voltage. We exploit the combination of feedback resistances to determine the output voltage of LDO. And use a fast-settling mechanism to reduce transient time of switching voltage in full loads or light loads. Furthermore, the simulation results demonstrate load regulation and FOM are improved 75% and 31% respectively. Finally, the transient time needs 21.5μs when voltage changed.
