简介：本室於民國43年英專時代已成立，民國47年改制為學院後一度裁撤隸屬於總務處。為協助校務發展，於民國51年恢復建置，並分設一、二組承辦人事相關業務迄今。建立並推動健全、公平的人事制度，為全校教職員工提供更有效率、更完善的服務。在促進學校和諧之人事政策下，推展各項有關人事工作。2011年08月更名為「人力資源處」，隸屬之組別同時更名為「管理企劃組」與「職能福利組」。
