    Abstract: 在薄膜超過爐程序中,受薄膜阻擋之溶質堆 積於薄膜表面上,形成一濃度極化層而增加了 溶劑透過之阻力.吾人發現:增加軸向速度(掃流 速度),可使得極化層變薄而減少阻力.在流率維 持不變下,使用多程管殼式中空纖維薄膜超過 濾機,可增加軸向速度而降低透過阻力.本研究 將先循理論分析,探討多程管殼式中空薄膜超 過濾機中的透過阻力,並提出有關之修正因子 及操作參數,可供此種超過濾機設計及操作之 用實驗部分,擬將Polysulfone中空纖維管組合而成 單程管、二程管及多程管等一程殼實驗裝置, 而對Dextran T500及Polvinyrrolidone360之水溶液進行 多程式超過濾操作,以探討其透過阻力及透過 效率.
