本研究針對委託專案管理工程現況問題進行探討,依據文獻及實際案例調 查,建立委託專案管理工程履約管理查核表;並應用分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process, ANP)發展出委託專案管理工程履約管理查核評估模式及查核 評估指標,以提供工程主辦人員根據履約管理查核指標值,進行履約管理查核評 估,並管控專案管理契約之履約情形。 為驗證履約管理查核評估指標與專案成功與否之關聯性,本研究先對工程專 案成功度作一定義,並搜集工程案例作履約管理查核評估及專案成功度之問卷調 查,經由模式驗證本研究所發展之履約管理查核評估指標對專案成功度確實具有 相當程度之影響且為正相關之關聯。 This research established performance checklist for the PCM project, and applied the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to develop Contract Performance Management (CPM) checking and evaluation model for project management of owner. According to this model, the PCM contract performance can be determined which can be served as a reference for monitoring the performance of the PCM consultant. Moreover, this study identified the relations between CPM indexes and project success indexes to validate the property of the model. According to the investigative result of contingency, linear regression and variance analysis, we proved the CPM checking and evaluation model correlates with project success.
