    This research established performance checklist for the PCM project, and
    applied the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to develop Contract
    Performance Management (CPM) checking and evaluation model for project
    management of owner. According to this model, the PCM contract performance can
    be determined which can be served as a reference for monitoring the performance of
    the PCM consultant. Moreover, this study identified the relations between CPM
    indexes and project success indexes to validate the property of the model. According
    to the investigative result of contingency, linear regression and variance analysis, we
    proved the CPM checking and evaluation model correlates with project success.
