    Abstract: 建築資訊模型(Building lnformation Modeling,BIM)除建置3D模型外，更將規劃、設計、施工甚至驗收與維護等各工程生命階段之資訊與予以結合，其可應用於工程生命周期的規劃、設計、發包、施工、驗收以及維護等階段，除學術研究上有諸多案例證明其有利於動態之模擬、促進各系統細部設計資訊之整合、降低成本、提升施工品質以及增加溝通等效益，業界廠商亦逐步跟進及導入。
