    Abstract: 本研究計畫之目的,是為建立一完整超過濾 濾速分析模式,做為薄膜模組設計之依據.包括 理論推導及實驗驗證兩個部分.目前最常用於 分析超過濾濾速的模式有三種:膠層極化模式 、阻力串聯模式及滲透壓模式,但是各有弱點 及限制存在.本計畫中之理論解析,將從濃度邊 界層之積分公式著手,並配合濃度極化之邊界 條件,試圖導衍出適用性及準確性兼具的理論 模式.實驗部分,將裝設一套薄膜超過濾實驗裝 置.薄膜模組採用中空纖維管型,測試之巨分子 溶質為Dextran.操作的參數有進料溶液濃度、流 速及壓差等,量測值為濾速.從實驗操作中可學 習超過濾程序的實驗方法,做為大型操作的基礎.而實驗的量測結果,可用以驗證理論模式之 計算值.
