    Abstract: 以沉澱浸漬法製備結晶性高分子尼龍6和尼 龍66的微過濾薄膜時,若欲使其孔隙均勻,有若 干製備條件必需控制得當,否則在薄膜形成過 程中液-液相分離(Liquid-liquid phaseseparation)或相 逆轉(Phase inversion)現象將會與高分子結晶現象互相競爭,使得薄膜表面常形成緻密的皮層( Dense skin)結構,而薄膜內部則形成一種由胞孔( Cellular pore)與高分子晶粒(Crystalline particle)交織 而成的混合結構,這種孔隙不均勻的薄膜並不 適用於微過濾.基於對製備尼龍6和尼龍66薄膜 的經驗與瞭解,本研究旨在找出製備尼龍610及 PVDF(Polyvinlylidenefluoride)這兩種結晶性高分子微 過濾薄膜的最適條件及找出不同的製備條件對 薄膜結構的影響,然後和尼龍6及尼龍66薄膜的 製備條件互相比較,希望藉此找出一套製備高 分子薄膜的通用原則.此外 Octanol-DMF(Dimethylformamide)-PVDF三成分系統的相圖 亦為本研究的重要課題.
