    Abstract: This study explores the increase in quality improvement of a hot-embossing process, which was developed by a local electronic company in Taiwan, based on the fractional factorial design method. A standard operating procedure is suggested to the engineers to follow as to methodologically improve the quality of the manufacturing process.
