    Abstract: 本計畫以熔融插層法藉由混煉機製備生物可分解聚酯/蒙脫土奈米複合 材料。利用插層劑與蒙脫土進行陽離子交換,藉著蒙脫土之陽離子交換當 量(CEC)作為插層劑添加量之依據,首先自行製備插層劑,利用聚氧乙烯山 梨糖脂肪酸酯(Tween80)和二異氰酸異佛爾酮(IPDI)反應,反應55 分鐘後, 異氰酸基之轉化率約為50%,此時再加入鹽酸水溶液以終止反應,並將未 反應之異氰酸基轉換為質子化胺基(NH3 +)。接著利用自行合成之插層劑來改 質黏土,經過80oC下5 小時後,由XRD及TEM結果發現蒙脫土(PK802)的 層間距離從原先的1.24 nm增加到6 nm。再把聚乳酸與已改質的黏土於混煉 基混煉以製備不同組成之聚乳酸/蒙脫土奈米複合材料,並與市售改質蒙脫 土(Cloisite30B)作比較,測量奈米複合材料的熱性質和機械性質。
